It has been a busy month with two birthdays, the end of school and Christmas. Summer’s birthday was a mellow family affair with Skylar enjoying most of the presents and Summer loving her first piece of chocolate cake. The weather has been wet and windy, but we got a break on Christmas day and spent a beautiful morning on the beach. New Year’s was also very mellow, as David and I have both been sick, so we didn’t actually ring in the new year! Even so, we’re looking forward to 2010!
