Skye's 3rd Birthday Party

Saturday 18th July

We decided to have a birthday party for Skye before we left for the summer as she has had parties in her head for a few weeks. She had been telling everyone all about her pink party, so we decided we might as well have one! We went to our local playground and invited all of her Bluebird class from nursery as well as some friends (ours and hers) for a morning of fun and bouncing. It was a hot and beautiful Bermuda day and we found more shade than expected, but it was still roasting! The kids all had fun bouncing, swinging and running around. Skye was exhausted after the near 3 hour event and went down for a long afternoon nap without any fuss! Summer and I are off to Vermont on Sunday - so daddy and daughter Skye are on their own for a few days before they join us. Looking forward to some cooler, but not too cool, weather at the Lake!
