The tall ships came to Bermuda on their 2009 Atlantic Challenge and spent a few days in Hamilton. They were a sight to see and there were lots of activities based around the harbour including visits to the ships. Sunday morning David and I did a jet ski tour around Dockyard and then we spent the afternoon in Hamilton where Skye and I were able to walk the planks of the Bounty where Johnny once walked!! Monday, just as the interminable rain was setting in, we watched the ships sail out of the harbour and off to the beginning of the Bermuda Charleston leg of the Challenge. Unfortunately it was so windy we didn't see many sails up - but it was still pretty cool! It was a great weekend and the ships were a sight to behold!
